*Your signature shows your express consent that you will abide by the rules set forth by the club in any and all tournaments sponsored by or associated with the Marblehead Surfcasters. Further, each member participating in any event expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Marblehead Surfcasters, Inc., members of the Executive Board, its Advisory Board, members of the judging committee and organizers of any and all events against any loss, claim, liability, personal injury or expense incurred either by them, or against them, arising in connection with the participation in any and all events, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. You will also acknowledge that you are fishing at your own risk, and that any minors participating in any tournaments or other events must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Your signature assumes all responsibility for the actions, safety and well being of said minors.
